A flagship collaboration project for Team BOYCO and contractors BW: Workplace Experts, we provided end to end project management for Global Bank HQ. Known for our attention to detail in delivering outstanding projects for not just local but UK-wide brands, the bank required a premium service as well as bespoke storage solutions for this project.

BOYCO were commissioned to supply and fit bespoke s for the bank’s changing rooms. To ensure that we offered the most suitable solution possible, we followed a detailed process to understand the needs of the customer and their employees.
One request was that the environment needed to be comfortable yet functional; a place that is welcoming to bank staff whilst providing The space also needed to have sufficient locking mechanisms; this is to enable employees to have confidence that their belongings are secure due to it being a communal space. Our design team opted to use CAM locks which allow each user of the locker to have single key access to their compartments.
BOYCO’s in-house design team selected our ‘Wet or Dry’ lockers, specifically the two compartment ‘Z’ locker (LDZ (SGL/AL)). An ingenious design, it separates wet/dry or clean/dirty clothes and provides long hanging space for both.
The ‘Z’ locker is also heavy duty, made with an aluminium carcass and Solid Grade Laminate door. These materials offer a long-lasting solution compared to standard steel or wooden lockers; both are non-corrosive and rust resistant. This is perfect for the bank locker room where showers are situated close by. Solid Grade Laminate in particular offers additional protection against scratches and scrapes, a great match for the high traffic changing room.
BOYCO’s renowned attention to detail covered everything, from the locking mechanisms to floor plinths. In this project styling was just as important as function. Liaising with both the customer and aluminium sheet suppliers, we provided a range of vibrant colours to create a bright area for employees, something of which Global Bank HQ specifically requested. Timescales were just as tight as the access for the central London location – but we delivered on time, in full.
