As a business, we are early adopters and as such have built a native, 1:1, specific, COBie rich product model library which delivers real benefits to our customers.

BOYCO are committed to maintaining Level 2 BIM procedures, as mandated for use by the UK Government in April 2016. We develop all our products as data rich, parametric objects. Our design team are qualified Revit users and can provide ‘as-built’ models to be federated into the Asset Information Model for use during the operational phase of a facilities lifecycle. All our objects are available at LOD 6/LOI 6 and have all the information required to support COBie.

We can provide models in both their native and IFC (2×3) formats and if required, can output data into specific CAFM schemas (Planon, Planet etc).
